National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. (NESPAK) invites applications for the position of Chief Internal Auditor to lead and manage the Internal Audit Department and strengthen the company’s internal control, risk management and compliance framework.

| Eligibility / Qualifications | Member of a recognized professional accounting body (CA / FCMA) and post-qualification experience; retired/experienced auditors from relevant bodies may be considered. |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience with at least 5 years in auditing, risk management, designing/implementing internal controls and conducting internal audits. Experience in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) preferred. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 55 years on the closing date of application. |
| Remuneration & Tenure | As decided by the Board of Directors; tenure also as decided by the Board. |

Key responsibilities: Manage all affairs of the Internal Audit Department; develop and implement the internal audit framework, plans and procedures; review internal audit plans and reports for key activities; ensure compliance with statutory obligations and governance requirements; analyze effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and business processes and recommend improvements; support regulatory, compliance and reporting functions.
