LESCO Tender Notice: Civil & Erection Works for HT Steel Structures (EP-63 to EP-67) – Closing 2026-08-27

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) – Project Director, Construction Circle, 132 kV Grid Station LDA Avenue-I, Lahore.

LESCO invites e-bids for multiple civil and erection work packages for HT steel structures. Estimated cost for each tender is Rs. 4.5 million. Bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement platform (EPADS V2.0) and comply with the eligibility and submission requirements below.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements

- Contractors/firms must be registered/approved with PEC, with valid specialization codes (EE-04 / EE-05) and registration renewed for the year 2026-27.

- Firms must be registered with FBR/PRA and be on the active taxpayer list. Documentary evidence of PEC registration, tax status and registration must be uploaded on EPADS V2.0.

- Bidders must upload evidence of relevant experience: work orders, completion certificates and satisfactory performance certificates from DISCO organizations where similar works were executed.

- Complete e-bidding documents, terms, specifications and conditions are available on the e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS V2.0): https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids must be prepared and submitted through EPADS V2.0; bids not uploaded on EPADS V2.0 will not be entertained.

Bid Security & Performance Guarantee

- Original bid security of Rs. 100,000/- in favour of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO (Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank) must be submitted in the Project Director's office before the bid submission deadline. A separate hard-copy application on company letterhead should be provided for each tender.

- Bids without the required bid security will be rejected. The successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance security of the tender amount.

Submission & Opening

- Submission method: Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Bids must be submitted via EPADS V2.0.

- Deadline for submission (closing): 2026-08-27 at 11:30 AM.

- Opening: 2026-08-27 at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Selection technique: Least Cost Based Selection.
