Submission & procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding via PUNJAB E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM / EPADS. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed, stamped and complying with Tender Documents and Departmental Approved specifications through the online EPADS platform. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
Deadline for bid submission: 2026-08-27 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-27 at 11:30 AM by the Purchase Committee on the Punjab e-Procurement system. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all E-bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA 2014.
