Issuer: Peshawar Development Authority (Regi Model Town, Zone-IV Office). PDA will auction listed commercial and residential plots on ownership basis and a cafeteria on lease basis in Regi Model Town, Peshawar. Auction date, time and venue: 2026-08-25 at 11:00 hrs at PDA Zone-IV Office, Regi Model Town, Peshawar. Interested parties must submit required call deposits from any scheduled bank in the name of Director General, Peshawar Development Authority no later than one day prior to the auction.

Key Terms & Participation Requirements
- Call deposits must be submitted from any scheduled bank in the name of Director General, Peshawar Development Authority latest by one day prior to the auction (i.e., by 2026-08-24).
- Highest bidder must deposit 35% of the bid amount into PDA account within 10 days of approval; failure will result in cancellation and forfeiture of call deposit.
- Successful bidder must deposit remaining 65% within 60 days of issuance of offer/allotment letter; failure will lead to withdrawal of offer and forfeiture of deposited amount.
- Call deposits of the three highest bidders will be retained for 14 days; other call deposits will be returned at the end of auction proceedings.
