The Anti-Terrorism Court, Shaheed Benazirabad has proclaimed two accused as absconders in Special Case No. 19/2006 (Crime No. 48/2006) in the State vs. Venus Zulfiq Rajo & Others, involving offences U/S 302, 324, 353, 34, 337-F(vi) PPC and 6/7 ATA. The order was signed by Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kalhoro on 15 July 2006.
The proclaimed persons are directed to appear before the court within five days of publication of this notice under Section 87 CPC and the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997; otherwise proceedings will be continued in their absence.
