Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation Public Notice: Encroachments on Operational Land

Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation issues a public notice reporting fresh encroachments and unauthorized construction on its parcels of land, including Right-of-way (ROW) and other operational areas. The corporation warns that such developments and occupations are unlawful and subject to removal.

Anyone claiming ownership or any legal right over the affected land is instructed to approach the office with documentary evidence; the Executive Engineer, Gharo Division, may undertake removal measures and legal action against unauthorised occupants. The general public is cautioned not to purchase or otherwise deal with any plot, scheme, or development project on the subject land.
