Municipal Corporation Faisalabad invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible, experienced, tax-registered, financially sound contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for Financial Year 2024-27 for Annual Framework Contracts for FY 2026-27. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) under Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations.

Key dates and submission: Bidding documents will be available on Punjab e-PS. Documents will be uploaded electronically until 01:00 PM on 2026-08-24. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-24 at 02:00 PM at the Local Hall, MCF office, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bid conditions: Bids must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-PS only. Procurement will follow Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS; physical instruments (CDRs, pay orders, bank guarantees) will not be accepted. Submission of hard copies is not required. Incomplete or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. If the scheduled opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
Performance security: If the tender/bid amount quoted is 5% below or beyond the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit performance security @10% of the estimated cost (including the bid security deposited at tendering) in the shape of Deposit-upon-Call from a scheduled bank as per PLG (Works) Rules-2017.
