Punjab Highway Department (Highway Mechanical Division, Lahore) invites sealed bids through the PPRA E-Tendering System from PEC-registered engineering firms/contractors for multiple carriage/supply packages (bitumen in drums and related road material transport) for Lahore Division and other listed locations. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and enrolled in the PPRA E-Tendering system.
Key submission conditions:
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (as specified per package) in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit.
- Tender documents, eligibility criteria and bid submission must be completed through the PPRA e-Tendering portal. Only firms meeting the advertised requirements and providing required bid security will be considered.
