Tender: Supply & Installation of Variable Frequency Drive for Water Supply Scheme — Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division (South Dera Bugti).

Purpose: Procurement for the supply and installation of a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for a water supply scheme.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage – One Envelope in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) rules. Bidding documents, eligibility criteria and other requirements are in the Bidding Documents.

How to obtain documents: Bidders shall obtain Bidding Documents from the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti, during office hours on payment of the non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,500 through Green Challan. The Green Challan receipt must be submitted with the bid.

Eligibility: Only manufacturers or their authorized distributors, dealers or authorized agents for the offered Variable Frequency Drives are eligible to participate. Bids must include the prescribed bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order) equal to 2% of the estimated cost in favor of the Executive Engineer.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti and will be opened on 2026-08-24 at 11:00 AM. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening.

Important notes: The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per applicable rules. Bidders must meet all mandatory eligibility criteria specified in the bidding documents.
