• Turnover certificate from a scheduled bank showing at least PKR 4.00 million in the last year.
• Registration with relevant taxation departments; firm name must be on the Active Tax Payer List of FBR.
• Sales Tax registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority where applicable.
• Bid security: 2% of bid value in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, in the name of the Medical Superintendent.

Submission and opening:

• Last date and time for electronic submission via supplier dashboard: 2026-08-20 until 11:00 AM.
• Tender opening: same day, 2026-08-20 at 11:30 AM on the EPPS system at the BPPRA website.
