Tender Invitation: Construction of Mai Sohni Shopping Mall (PPP) – Municipal Committee Shahdadpur

The Office of the Municipal Committee Shahdadpur (District Sanghar) invites sealed bids under Public Private Partnership (PPP) from eligible bidders registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the following project. Bidders must possess experience in similar works and comply with Sindh Public Private Partnership Rules-2010.

Submission & Opening: Sealed tenders will be received up to 12:00 PM on 2026-08-24 and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bid Documents & Eligibility: Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) will be issued. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and demonstrate experience in similar projects. Bids must be accompanied by the specified earnest money and the prescribed tender fee. The procurement will follow Single Stage–One Envelope procedure and other terms and conditions stated in the bidding documents.

How to Apply: Purchase and submission of tender documents and deposits shall be made as specified in the bidding documents available from the Municipal Committee Shahdadpur office. All bids must comply with the conditions and timelines provided in the notice.
