SNGPL Tender: Hiring of Testing Agency (Tender Enquiry No. HR/3.1(A)/2026/3)

Issuer: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore.

Purpose: Hiring of a Testing Agency for up to three (03) years to provide testing services under a contract-based recruitment/selection process. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure (Technical and Financial).

Eligibility & mandatory documents: Interested firms must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, and possess valid registration and tax clearance certificates as required. Bidders must submit technical proposals and financial proposals in separate envelopes via the EPADs v2.0 e-procurement system and also provide original bid security and supporting documents as specified in the tender documents.

How to apply / submit bids: Tender documents and complete information (including qualification criteria and detailed terms & conditions) are available on SNGPL's e-procurement platform EPADS v2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk/) and the SNGPL website (www.sngpl.com.pk). Proposals must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0 and the original bid security and required documentary evidence must be submitted to the Office of the General Manager (HR), 5th Floor, SNGPL Head Office (Gas House), 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, before the online submission deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected.

Deadlines & opening: Online submissions must be completed on or before 2026-08-24 by 11:00 hrs (local time). Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs.
