Issuer: Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd. (ZTBL), Head Office, Islamabad. Purpose: Procurement of printing services for credit manuals. Tender No.: ZTBL-15-2026.
Eligibility: Interested firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List.
Bidding procedure: e-Bidding under Open Competitive Bidding through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2004 (ref. PPRA rules 36(a)). Bidders must submit electronic bids through the PPRA e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security and original affidavits, as required in the bidding document, must be delivered to ZTBL at the address below before the bid submission closing date and time.
Bid document: Available from the Procurement Department, ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad. Price of bidding document: Rs. 2,000. The bidding document can also be downloaded free of cost from ZTBL website (www.ztbl.com.pk) and from the PPRA EPADS system.
