District Police Officer (DPO) Okara invites single-stage two-envelope sealed tenders through the Punjab E-Procurement System for framework contracts for purchase and repair for the financial year 2026-27 (Framework period: 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30).
Important submission details: bidders must submit tenders via the Punjab E-Procurement System and deliver the financial proposal (in a sealed envelope) to the office of the undersigned as required. A Performance Security equal to 5% of the contract value in the form of a Call Deposit in the name of the District Police Officer, Okara, will be required. Tenders must reach the DPO office on or before 2026-09-03 (see note below regarding submission time). Key terms and conditions (summary):
- Bids shall be submitted as a single sealed package online through Punjab E-Procurement System with the financial proposal in a sealed physical envelope as instructed.
