Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Okara invites electronic bids for procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of hybrid solar (off-grid) systems for various bar rooms under the Sessions Courts. Key instructions:

- Submission deadline: 2016-11-11 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2016-11-11 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders who attend.
- Procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure (Technical & Financial) as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the PPRA Rules, 2014.
- Bidders must deposit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot through the prescribed online banking channel in favor of District & Sessions Judge, Okara.
- Bid validity: 60 days from the date of opening of Technical Proposal. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 35 of PPRA Rules, 2014.
