Tender: Consultancy for Design Review & Supervision of Tang–Sarki KamanShinko Drinking Water Scheme (ADP No. 25092)

The Public Health Engineering Division, Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites proposals through ePADS for hiring consultancy services (Single Stage, Two Envelopes) for Design Review and Supervision of the Drinking Water Supply Scheme Tang to Sarki KamanShinko under ADP No. 25092. Interested consultants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant PEC codes and be tax-registered with KRA and FBR; the RFP document is available for download via ePADS.

Bids must be submitted/uploaded through ePADS and include a bid declaration certificate. Consultants are required to provide a performance security equal to 10% of the consultancy fee as a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Engineer (Central Public Health Engineering Division), Phase Hayatabad, Peshawar on 27 July 2026 at 1200 hours. Financial proposals will be opened only after technical evaluation; unsuccessful technical bidders’ financial proposals will not be opened.
