NADRA e-Bid: Appointment of Advertising Agencies & Social Media Companies (RFQ NADRA-HQ-RFQ-13/2020)

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Ministry of Interior, invites e-bids for the appointment of advertising agencies and social media companies through open framework agreements for a three-year period. Eligible applicants must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and be on the FBR Active Tax Payers List (ATL).

Pre-qualification documents (RFQ No. NADRA-HQ-RFQ-13/2020) can be downloaded from tenders.nadra.gov.pk. A pre-qualification meeting will be held on 28 July 2026 at 11:00 AM at Headquarters NADRA, Sector-52, Islamabad. Proposals must be submitted to the Procurement Department, Headquarters NADRA, State Bank of Pakistan Building, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad, by 11:00 hours in August 2025; proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours.
