PAA Tender: Installation of Chiller Plant at Utility Building, Jinnah Int'l Airport Karachi – Bid Deadline 2026-08-31

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). PAA invites e-bids (Single Stage – Two Envelopes) for the installation of a chiller plant at the Utility Building, Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Financial Category C-5 or above, have specialization in ME-01 & ME-04, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue.

How to apply: Bidders must submit proposals electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal (https://eprocure.com.pk or the EPADS link provided by PAA) before the submission deadline. Bidders are advised to also submit physical (hard) bids where applicable in accordance with tender instructions. Technical and financial proposals should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes if hard copies are provided.

Bid security / earnest money: Must be provided as specified (in favor of Sr. Director Finance, PAA). Any bid not accompanied by acceptable bid security will be rejected. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Bidders should inspect the site and prepare proposals as per actual site conditions.
