Pre-Qualification Notice — District Council Rawalpindi for Road Rehabilitation Works in Murree (2026)

Issuer: Office of the District Council Rawalpindi. The District Council invites pre-qualification applications from well-reputed, financially sound and experienced contractors/firms registered on the eProcurement (EP) system for 2026-27. Applications must be submitted through the Punjab eProcurement portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Pre-qualification and bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and are also available on the PPRA Punjab website.

Submission deadline: Applications must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the pre-qualification documents and submitted via the EP system by or before 2026-08-18 at 11:00 AM (PST). Applications will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM (PST) via the EP system in the presence of applicants or their representatives at the Office of District Council Rawalpindi. Applicants must upload all required information, credentials and certificates as specified in the pre-qualification documents. District Council Rawalpindi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules.
