Issuer: Nazir Cotton Mills Limited. Shareholders are requested to vote by postal ballot for the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to be held on August 27, 2026 at 11:30 AM at Tricon Corporate Centre, Office No. 702, 7th Floor, 73-E, Main Jail Road, Gulberg-II, Lahore. Voting by post is being conducted for three special business resolutions listed below.
Please submit a duly filled postal ballot form personally or by post/email to the Chairman. A copy of the shareholder's CNIC must be enclosed. Postal ballots must reach the Chairman on or before 2026-08-26 (last date of receiving postal ballots). Ballots received after that date will not be considered.
