Tender: Supply of HOPE Pipes for Gopat Water Supply Scheme — Dera Bugti

Issuer: Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti.

Purpose: Procurement of HOPE pipes for the Water Supply Scheme Gopat (approved under PSDP). Time limit for the work: three months.

Eligibility & procurement procedure: Procurement will be conducted strictly in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (B-PPRA) Rules. For procurement of pipes only manufacturers (manufacturing firms) are eligible. Procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope.

Fees & bid security: Tender fee Rs. 5,000 to be deposited via Green Challan (original paid Green Challan must be submitted). Bid security: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 4% of the bid price issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Procuring Agency (original CDR must be submitted).

Bid submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through the B-PPRA e-Procurement System (ePPS) on or before 2025-08-20 at 22:00. Electronic bids will be opened on 2025-08-20 at 23:00 in the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Dera Bugti. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening; bidders may also check bid status via the ePPS after opening.

Important notes: Original Green Challan and original CDR must be delivered to the Procuring Agency. Bidders who fail to satisfy any prescribed eligibility criteria in the Bidding Documents will be declared non-eligible at the Eligibility Evaluation Stage and their bids will not be considered.
