LESCO Tender: Distribution Transformers, Utility Vehicles and Distribution Materials — Lahore

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids through the E-PADS portal on a National Competitive Bidding basis from pre-qualified/registered manufacturers and suppliers (registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and with LESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOs) for supply of distribution materials including 400 kVA and 630 kVA distribution transformers (new), insulated bucket-mounted utility vehicles, A4 paper (80 g, 5-ream box) and earth rods. Supplies are financed from LESCO’s local funds on a Free Delivery to Consignee's Stores (FCS) basis to Regional Store Shalamar Lahore, 132-4V Grid Station Wagon Shohail (Feroze Watan) and Palloki.

Electronic bids must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal; the bid bond in hard copy must be delivered to the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO HQ, 3rd Floor Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore prior to the deadline. Bidding documents, specifications and details on bid security and evaluation are available on the E-PADS portal, LESCO website (www.lesco.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk) until one day before tender opening.
