Issuer: PHA Foundation (Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan). This is a FINAL NOTICE to all allottees of the I-12/1 housing project who have outstanding dues certified as of 2026-07-26. Cancellation notices were previously issued, but affected allottees have not cleared outstanding balances.
Action required: All defaulter allottees must pay their full outstanding dues and submit proof of payment to the PHA Foundation office on or before 2026-08-21.
