Airports Security Force (HQ) Invitation to E-Bid for Uniforms & Equipment — closing 2026-08-21

Headquarters Airports Security Force invites sealed e-bids for supply of uniforms, footwear and related items. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and download detailed e-bidding documents, specifications and terms from the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System: https://vendors.epads.gowok. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is required to participate.

Bid security is required as described in the bidding documents and must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of "Headquarters Airports Security Force." The original bid security instrument must reach the office before bid closing, otherwise the bid may be disqualified.

Submission method: E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Hard copies in sealed envelopes should also be forwarded to HOs ASF Procurement Branch, Karachi. E-bids must be submitted on or before 2026-08-21 at 11:00 AM; e-bids will be opened via EPADS v2.0 the same day at 11:30 AM.
