PEF Tender: COB Indoor Screen, 10kVA UPS & Audio/Video Conference Solution for New Head Office — Johar Town, Lahore

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids (ITB No. PEF/PROC/IT/2026-27/06) for procurement of an indoor COB LED screen, a 10kVA UPS with battery backup, and an audio & video conference solution for the grand meeting room of the newly constructed PEF Head Office located at Johar Town, Lahore.

Eligibility: Firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers registered with relevant authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable) and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System may participate. Detailed eligibility criteria, scope of work, technical specifications and terms & conditions are available in the bidding documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System. Deadline for online submission is 2026-08-21 at 02:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day (2026-08-21) at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Punjab Education Foundation office, 52-L, Gulberg-III (near Kalma Chowk), Lahore.

Bid Security: As shown above, bidders must provide bid security (2% of the estimated price) for the lot(s) they bid on. Bids must remain valid for a minimum of 120 days from the last date for submission. Taxes and duties will be applied as per government rules. PEF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per the procurement rules.
