Tender: Framework Contracts for Janitorial & Security Services at Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences, Lahore

Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences (FJIDS), Lahore invites sealed e-bids for framework contracts for provision of janitorial and security services for the hospital on a round-the-clock basis (365 days / 24 hours a day, including Sundays & holidays). Contracts will be signed for one year (extendable up to one additional year on same terms & conditions).

Key submission and bid conditions are listed below. Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions and scope of services are available from the Punjab public procurement website.

Bid security: 1,000,000/- (must be provided as CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee with 100% encashment warranty, duly confirmed by the issuing bank within three days of a claim; minimum validity 180 days; issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of the Hospital / Institute). No conditional bank guarantees will be accepted. Bid security and performance guarantee shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement system.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelopes under Rule 38(2)(a) Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Technical evaluation will follow the knockdown criteria specified in the bidding document; only bidders meeting that criteria will be declared technically responsive.

Submission method and deadline: e-Bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Deadline for submission: 2026-08-28 by 10:00 Hours. Bids received by the stipulated date/time will be opened the same day at 10:30 Hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Additional notes: If the last submission date is a public/local holiday, the next working day will be the last date. FJIDS is not responsible for any costs incurred by bidders for preparation or submission of bids. Bidding documents can be downloaded from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
