Municipal Committee Pakpattan invites electronic bids (e-bids) for Annual Framework Contract 2026-27 for the listed supply/ rental works. Eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and holding valid registrations with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) may submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement portal in accordance with E-Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules, 2014. All e-bids must be submitted via the e-procurement system using the single-stage, one-envelope procedure and must be accompanied by the bid security amount shown below. PDF upload method should be used for documents.
