WSSC Mardan e-Tender for Supply of Tyres for WSSC Fleet (EPADS)

Issuer: Water & Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. E-Tender (EPADS) is invited from sealed e-tendering firms/suppliers/manufacturers registered on KP e-Procurement Portal for supply of tyres for the WSSCM fleet under KPPRA single stage one envelope procedure.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Submission method: Electronic submission only via EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual/physical submissions will not be accepted.

- Registration & tax: Bidders must be registered on EPADS, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, and have an active status on ATL for all applicable taxes.

- Bid Security: Two percent (2%) of the quoted total amount as Bid Security is required. The original Bid Security must be in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of "Chief Executive Officer, WSSC Mardan" and submitted in a sealed envelope to the office address listed below.

- Documentation: Bid documents must be prepared per the bidding documents (BDS) and Procurement Committee may require bidders to present original/physical bid documents or complementary files uploaded in EPADS portal for verification and financial recommendations.

- Compliance: Bids must be complete, conditional or incomplete bids are liable to be rejected. All documents must be stamped and signed by an authorized person. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-20 by 15:00 (3:00 PM) via EPADS.

- Bid opening: 2026-08-20 at 15:30 (3:30 PM) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
