Tender Notice: Re-bid for Construction of District Complexes in Khar (Bajaur) & Ghalanai (Mohmand) — KP-RIISP

The Project Implementation Unit (PIU), KP-RIISP, C&W Department invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following re-bid packages funded by the World Bank. Bidding will follow National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents are available for purchase during office hours (09:00–17:00) from the PIU on payment of a non-refundable fee of Pakistan Rupees Twenty Thousand (PKR 20,000). Payment methods accepted include demand draft, banker's cheque or call deposit receipt (CDR). Documents and relevant information may also be downloaded from the C&W website as per instructions in the bidding documents.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-18 at 11:00 Pakistan Standard Time. A virtual participation option (Teams/Zoom) will be provided; the meeting link will be posted at least one day before the meeting on the project/C&W website.

Submission and opening: Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2026-09-15 at 11:00 hours. Technical envelopes ("TECHNICAL PART") will be publicly opened on 2026-09-15 at 11:30 hours at the same address. Financial proposals will remain sealed and held in custody until public opening per the bidding procedure.

Bid security: A bid security is required (as specified in the bidding documents). Bids must comply with the instructions and evaluation criteria stated in the bidding documents.
