Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Dargai, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Sealed tenders (1st Bi-Annual) and non-MRS items are invited electronically through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms/contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant category and be duly enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Key Instructions:
- Download bidding documents from the EPAD portal: https://epad.gkp.pk after publishing of NIT on KPPRA.
- Award will be made in accordance with applicable rules and MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual).
- Bid securities (original Call Deposit Receipt) must be in favor of Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMO), Dargai. Bid securities submitted by fax/hand without originals will not be accepted.
- Contractors quoting more than 20% below the estimate must submit additional security as per KPPRA notifications.
- Required documents to accompany bids include valid PEC registration, enlistment with Local Council Board (LCB), CNIC of owner/partner/MD/Proprietor, original CDR and any additional security called for.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
