PKHA Tender Notice — Construction of Multiple Road & Bridge Schemes (ADP 2025-26)

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Peshawar invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms on the e-PAD system under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules, 2014 using Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure for the ADP 2025-26 schemes listed below.

Qualification & eligibility: Bidders must be enlisted with the C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and demonstrate adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, personnel capability and required equipment as specified in the bidding documents.

Bid documents and submission:

• Bidding documents (including BOQ, Engineer's Estimate, ITB, Evaluation Criteria and other documents) are available on the PKHA website and the e-PAD/e-Procurement portal and may be downloaded for bidding.
• Bid security (in the form and amount prescribed in the bidding documents) and other required documents must be submitted as instructed in the bidding documents.
• Technical Bids will be processed under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure via the PKHA e-PAD system. Technical bids will be opened on the day and time specified subject to procedures in the bidding documents.
