THQ Hospital Dinga — Invitation for Bids for Medicines, Lab Items, X-Ray Films, Gases, Printing, Canteen & Parking (FY 2026-27)

The Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Dinga (Gujrat) invites bids for a Framework Contract for procurement of medicines & surgical/disposable items, laboratory items, printing material, bio-medical gases, X-ray films & chemicals, and canteen & parking services for FY 2026-27. Separate bids are required for each lot. Bids must include the specified bid security and will be submitted/processed through the Punjab e-Procurement system.

- Bids must be submitted separately for each lot. 2% of the estimated cost is required as bid security for each lot.

- Bidding documents and submission are through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Dinga.

- Taxes and duties will be deducted as per applicable rules. Successful bidders must comply with registration, licensing and qualification requirements (for example valid drug sales license/Form 9A where applicable).
