NHA Open Auction: OM&M Contracts & Toll Collection (Period Ending 30-06-2027)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Finance Wing - Revenue Directorate), Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Open auction for OM&M contracts of toll plazas on national highways and collection of toll on net-guarantee monthly revenue for the period ending 30-06-2027. Qualified bidders/contractors are invited to submit sealed bids as per NHA rules and instructions in the bidding documents.

• Bidders must furnish Earnest Money as specified for each toll plaza (bank draft/pay order as detailed in the RFP). Blacklisted firms or those under Government/Authority debarment will not be considered.
• NHA reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids and to call for clarification or additional information. Bidding conditions, performance guarantees, eligibility and evaluation criteria are provided in the RFP.
