Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) invites applications for the post of Unit Head Settlement (AVP-I/AVP). This senior role requires a proven track record in handling litigation and settlement matters and offers a leadership opportunity at ZTBL’s Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely handling of litigation matters (including criminal cases related to FIA, NAB); supervise recovery and settlement matters; provide court representation and ongoing legal support to business and recovery functions; liaise with local administration and law enforcement; ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards; collaborate with internal teams (Risk Management, IT, Legal, Business, Operations) to achieve recovery goals; identify and propose process improvements, automation and efficiency measures.

Eligibility & Other Conditions
