ZTBL Career: Unit Head Settlement (AVP-I/AVP)

Issuer: Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL). Position: Unit Head Settlement (AVP-I/AVP). Number of positions: 01.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely handling of litigation matters (particularly criminal cases relating to FIA, NAB, etc.); supervise recovery and settlement matters, court representation and ongoing legal support to business and recovery functions across the Bank; liaise with local administration and law enforcement agencies; ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards for infected portfolio; coordinate with internal teams including Risk Management, IT, Legal, Business and Operations to achieve goals related to infected portfolio recovery; maintain knowledge of recovery procedures and regulations; identify and propose opportunities for process improvement, automation and efficiency; perform other tasks assigned by management.
