District Police Officer (DPO), Attock invites sealed electronic bids from experienced, financially sound, well-reputed and tax-compliant firms/contractors registered with relevant authorities and holding Active Taxpayer Status for framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurements include stationery, printing, miscellaneous stores, repair/renovation of police buildings, vehicle repairs and parts, machinery repair, and furniture repair. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rules, 2014 (amended).
Key submission & eligibility notes: Bidding will follow a two-stage (Technical + Financial) Open Competitive Bidding (Single-Stage Two-Envelope) procedure. Bidders must submit a Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (amounts shown in table) must be deposited using the online bank transfer facility (PSID) generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of the District Police Officer (DPO), Attock. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened.
