Pakistan Railways Tender: 19 EPADS Bids for D.E. Locomotive Spares (Sept 2026)

Pakistan Railways Headquarters (Office of the Chief Controller of Purchase) invites e-bids through the EPADS e-procurement platform for multiple packages of D.E. locomotive spares. Eligible original manufacturers, authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) may submit bids. Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and will use Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) unless otherwise stated.

Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by the published closing times. Manual submissions will not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or a bid-securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Detailed terms, specifications and bid conditions are available on EPADS. Delivery terms for the listed lots are DAP/FOB as indicated.
