Tender for Hiring Security Services (FY 2026-27) – BISE Rawalpindi

Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi invites online tenders from firms with sound financial standing and valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration for provision of security services for financial year 2026-27.

Estimated cost: Rs. 14,374,080. Bid security (5% of estimated cost): Rs. 718,704.

Submission method & deadline: Submit tenders online only through the Punjab e-Procurement System (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk / http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx). Deadline: 2026-08-27 at 10:30 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted. Hard copy delivery to the office is preferable but not a substitute for online submission.

Bid opening: Electronic opening of bids will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key conditions: Each bidder must provide bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost within the prescribed time. Conditional or incomplete tenders will not be considered. Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. The competent authority may reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (reasons recorded).

Successful bidder obligations: Ensure salaries/wages for security guards are paid on or before the 10th of each month and in accordance with government-prescribed rates. The lowest offered compliant rate will be declared the successful bid.
