| Hydropower Station Operation & Maintenance Engineer | Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing; Electrical Engineering & Automation; Energy & Power Engineering (Hydropower); Hydraulic Engineering; or related fields. Must hold a Hydropower Station Operation & Maintenance Engineer Qualification Certificate. Thorough knowledge of NPCC communication processes, NTDC dispatching procedures, power station equipment operation procedures, and reservoir dispatching procedures. | Minimum 5 years' experience in hydropower station operation and maintenance. Must have served as an Operation Supervisor or above in a large or medium-sized hydropower station. Strong emergency response, leadership, command, problem-solving, and analytical judgment skills. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred. |
| Chinese Translator (Hydropower Project) | Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proven ability to translate technical documents and operational procedures and to support meetings and daily communication between Chinese and local staff. | Professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English required; Urdu is an added advantage. Proven experience as a Chinese Translator/Interpreter on a hydropower, power generation, or other engineering project. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. |
