Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration Babuzai (Mingora). Sealed tenders are invited through EPADS for multiple PCC road and allied works under MRS-2025 / Non-MRS items as per approved PC-I. Eligible bidders: Government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with Local Government and Local Council Board as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
