ASF Pre-Qualification Notice for Repair, Maintenance, Services and Supplies — ASF HQ South Secretariat Karachi

Airports Security Force (ASF) invites pre-qualification applications leading to a closed framework agreement for repair, maintenance, services and supply items for ASF installations for the year 2026-27. Work and supply categories include repair & maintenance of office/residential buildings; machinery & equipment items (e.g., repair of air conditioners, generators, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, brackets, panels, fans, refrigerators, deep freezers, electric water motors, electric water dispensers); water filtration plants; bulk/industrial gas and screening machines; furniture & fixture items (office chairs, cushion chairs, wooden tables, steel tables, steel almirah/cabinet, sofa sets, dining tables, dining chairs, single/double steel beds, carpentry, tubular frame polishing work); repair & maintenance of government vehicles; AC of government vehicles; purchase of various stores/spare parts; purchase of water bowsers and transportation charges for the year 2026-27; and other related items and services as specified in the pre-qualification documents.

Eligibility: Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments holding valid NTN, SST and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of the FBR.

Note: Only firms meeting the tax registration and Active Taxpayer List requirements and complying with pre-qualification document instructions will be considered. ASF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per PPRA rules.
