Issuer: Defence Housing Authority (DHA) City Karachi — D&C Directorate.
Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) for design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of a MUSCO sports lighting system for Night Golfing Facilities at Fairwind Golf Course & Country Club, DHA City Karachi.

Eligibility: Reputable, experienced and financially sound firms/companies with proven expertise in design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of MUSCO sports lighting or similar sports lighting projects; must have required technical capability, financial strength and qualified personnel.
Documents & TORs: Detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) available from the office of the D&C Directorate, DHA City Karachi during office hours from 04 Aug 2026 upon submission of a written request.
Submission: EOIs must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 18 August 2026. This EOI does not constitute a commitment to award any contract; only shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP)/Tender stage. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason.
