Key instructions & eligibility

- Tender documents available from the Office of Chenab Club, Faisalabad during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee Rs. 25,000.

- Submission: Sealed bids to Club Office on or before 20 August 2026 at 03:00 PM.

- Each bid must be accompanied by 2% bid security (CDR/Pay Order) issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of "The Chenab Club (G) Ltd."

- Performance Guarantee: Successful bidder to furnish a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 5% of contract amount prior to issuance of work order.

- Eligibility requirements include: at least three similar infrastructure projects completed in the last 10 years; valid PEC registration (C-2 or above); active FBR registration (NTN/Sales Tax where applicable); Punjab Revenue Authority registration; list of plant/equipment; financial capacity as specified in bidding documents.

- Evaluation: Lowest evaluated bid meeting eligibility and requirements will be accepted.

- Late or conditional bids will not be entertained. Prospective bidders are advised to visit the site to familiarize with scope and conditions.

- Chenab Club management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
