REDAMCO Invitation for Sealed Bids — 33-Year Lease of Mardan Railway Station Yard (16.9 Kanals)

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for long-term lease of prime Pakistan Railways land at Mardan Station Yard on a public–private partnership basis. The site is offered for mix-use commercial development under a long-term lease model.

Bidding procedure: Sealed bids on a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope basis are invited. Bidders should offer a one-time non-refundable premium/commitment fee and a proposed gross revenue share for grant of lease rights. Building construction must comply with local construction by-laws. Process will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended).

• Bid submission deadline: 2026-09-03 at 02:00 PM (sealed bids to be submitted at REDAMCO Head Office)

Inspection and bidding notes: Site areas are subject to actual measurement at the time of possession. Bidders must attach required documents and the commitment fee instrument as specified in the bid documents. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per the published terms and PPRA rules.
