Pakistan Railways Invitation to Bid through ePADS — Multiple Supply Tenders

Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office (Chief Controller of Purchase) invites eligible bidders to submit e-bids on ePADS for multiple supply/procurement packages. A total of 25 tender packages for various materials, spare parts, consumables and services are advertised. Bidding will follow Single Stage One/Two Envelopes Procedure and applicable Public Procurement Rules.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Platform: ePADS v2.0 (online submission and opening). Prospective bidders must be registered on ePADS to participate.
• Bid security (earnest money) and other mandatory documents must be submitted as specified in the bidding documents. Payment of bid security by Pay Order/Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee as required in the bidding document.
• Open competitive bidding using Local Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any relevant instructions issued by the Authority.
• All bids must be uploaded through ePADS within the stipulated closing date/time for each package; late bids will not be accepted.
