WAPDA (GM Finance Power) — Local-Quota Regular Jobs (Apply via CTS)

Issuer: Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) — Office of GM (Finance) Power. WAPDA invites applications from suitable/eligible local-domiciled candidates against regular posts on behalf of GM (Finance) Power. Applicants must read instructions and apply through Central Testing Services (CTS).

Key points:

- Application method: Submit applications online via M/s CTS website (www.ctspak.com) within 15 days of publication of the advertisement. Send a printed copy of the online form with attested educational documents, domicile, CNIC, experience certificates (if any), two recent passport-size photographs and the original bank challan/payment receipt by courier to Central Testing Services office: 414, F2, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard, Gulberg-III, Lahore, Pakistan.

- Test & interview: Written test conducted by M/s Central Testing Services (CTS); interviews by WAPDA. Roll number slips/download instructions will be issued via the testing agency website.

- Fee: Test fee Rs. 170/- payable to M/s CTS at Bank Alfalah, UBL, MCB or Bank Islami using prescribed bank challan (downloadable from www.ctspak.com) or by depositing into the CTSP/CTS bank account via banking app. Attach payment receipt to the application.

- Eligibility & domicile: Only local-domiciled candidates as per quotas mentioned are eligible. Candidates already serving in WAPDA must obtain NOC from their formation before the closing date. Original documents must be produced at interview.

- Age & relaxations: General age relaxation of 5 years is included in the age limit. Additional 3 years relaxation for candidates belonging to Minorities and District Mirpur (Azad Kashmir). Upper age limit relaxation up to 10 years for Govt./WAPDA employees who have completed 2 years continuous regular service by closing date. WAPDA daily-wage/contingent employees receive age restoration equal to their years of service (example given in notice). Age will be calculated on the closing date. Only one category of age relaxation is admissible.

- Appointment: Initial appointment on probation for 1 year; regularization subject to satisfactory performance. Services may be dispensed with during probation for unsatisfactory conduct/work.

- Other: Incomplete or late applications will be rejected. WAPDA reserves the right to cancel/withhold/change the number of posts at any stage.
