TransPeshawar Invitation for Bids – Rental of Underpass & Tuck Shops at Peshawar BRT Stations

TransPeshawar invites sealed bids under the Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure from eligible Pakistani nationals, sole proprietors, firms or companies (with valid CNIC or registration) for the rental/disposal of underpass shops and tuck-shops located at Peshawar BRT bus stations. Complete details, shop locations, dimensions, covered area and reserve prices are provided in the Bid Solicitation Documents.

Key application and bidding details (as published):

- Eligibility: Pakistani nationals, sole proprietors, firms or companies with valid CNIC/registration.

- Bid Security: 25% of Annual Rent in the shape of CDR/DD from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, payable with the bid.

- Inspection: Prospective bidders may visit and inspect the shops located at BRT Peshawar Bus Stations in liaison with the office of the undersigned. Inspection is permitted during the period from publication up to one day prior to bid submission, between 0900–1700 hrs (Monday–Friday).

- Bid Documents: Bid solicitation documents and detailed information are available from the TransPeshawar website and advertised publications; KPPRA/TransPeshawar websites carry the advertisement.

- Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted in the manner specified in the bidding documents. Bid opening will be held in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the TransPeshawar office. Exact submission and opening times/dates are provided in the bidding documents.
