Issuer: Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA - Tarbela Dam.

WAPDA Tarbela Power Station invites electronic bids (EPADS v2.0) for the procurement of goods financed from funds reserved for FY 2026. Single Stage-One Envelope procedure will be used with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

How to apply: E-bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 should register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ (a tutorial is available: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNW6T38v7tc).

Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding document. Acceptable forms include Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, CDR or bank draft in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela. Where bid security is not required, bidders must submit a Bid Security Declaration as specified. Original hard copy of bid security must reach the office prior to bid closing time; insurance guarantees are not acceptable.
