The Office of the Executive Engineer, PHE & Building Division, Communication & Works, Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids from well reputed and experienced contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for construction works under GB PPRA Rules 2022 clause 39(h) using the SINGLE STAGE TWO ENVELOPE PROCEDURE.

Technical bids must be prepared in accordance with the evaluation criteria and submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Communication & Works Department, Skardu Circle (Parishan Chowk) before the given closing date and time. Late submissions will not be entertained.
