Additional requirements: Original deposit of CDR, pay order, demand draft or banker’s cheque (as specified) must be submitted as per tender terms; originals should be presented to the Office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Kallar Syedan where required. Representatives of firms may attend the opening; representatives should appear at 09:30 AM on the opening date. Taxes and duties will be deducted as per government rules.
